Close race, but have to give it to Hopper (Walken can make me laugh as often as he can creep out).
Gotta be Walken. I think his versatility gives him the edge. He can bust into a lively dance number. Hopper's depressed drunk won't know how to react.
In their face-to-face in True Romance, Hopper clearly whipped Walken's butt.
Christopher'd be Walken' all over Hopper.
