You thought that cartoon humans could just stand by for years and watch animals beat up on each other and not be affected by all that brutality? You thought wrong. Granny (Tweety and Sylvester) and Mammy Two-Shoes (Tom and Jerry) have witnessed so much senseless violence that they've become senselessly violent themselves, and since they're bored with just hitting a cat with an umbrella and/or rolling pin, they decide to fight with each other. Who wins this battle of cartoon ladies?
The advantages for Mammy: she's probably younger (for obvious reasons it's hard to tell), generally angrier, and she appears to be quite a bit smarter than the dotty Granny. But Granny has displayed more physical prowess, like hiding in a birdcage or surviving an explosion by a nitro-filled cat.

Both characters have been "revoiced" by June Foray, but Mammy had to face the wrath of WHV and still got on the DVD, and that makes her tougher in my book. She's tougher. What hardships has Granny ever faced? She's completely uncontroversial.
Plus, Granny hosted Baby Looney Tunes, which is a huge blow to how badass she is...
I'm taking Granny over Mammy for two reasons, because I don't recall Granny ever losing her cool. Mammy, at least once, stood shaking on a stool because of a MOUSE!!!
Mammy carries a razor while Granny packs a pistol. Here's hoping for the worst!
Thad: your comment is priceless.
Both are slightly batty firebrands, but Mammy is genuinely tough, capable of bashing a hole in a door when she's mad. Granny, on the other hand, needs weapons to wreak havoc; she's frail enough to be spotted shivering at room temperature.
Mammy 1, Granny 0. Then, while Granny's out cold, the cat of your choice eats Tweety.
